Registration/Cancellation

  1. What is the registration fee?
    Registration is included as part of the maintenance agreement for THINK Subscription customers staying at the conference hotel.
  2. What if I’m not staying at the Conference Hotel?
    Attendees not staying at the conference hotel will be assessed a $200 charge.
  3. What is included in my registration fee?
    Registration includes admission into the opening session and breakout groups, breakfast, lunch and snacks during the conference.
  4. What is NOT included in the registration fee?
    The THINK Subscription Users’ Conference registration fee does not include airfare, hotel, or ground transportation.
  5. I’d like to send more than one person from my company. How many people can I send?
    Check your maintenance agreement to see how many complimentary conference attendees your company is allowed to bring. Additional attendees may register for $450 per attendee. Contact Krystee Miller at (801) 373-2246 x35116 for details.
  6. I’m not sure of my schedule right now. Can I wait and register on-site?
    Yes, but we can’t guarantee the availability of hotel rooms for late registrations.
  7. Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
    After you register online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.
  8. Do I have to pre-select my sessions when I register?
    No, you may wait and select the appropriate sessions at the conference. As long as you have pre-registered, the sessions will be available to you.
  9. Will you send me materials and credentials in advance?
    No. When you arrive at The Hotel Monaco, you will be directed to the THINK Subscription Conference Services Desk, where you will get your conference badge and materials.
  10. Is my reservation transferable?
    If you registered but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague in your company. Contact Krystee Miller at (801) 373-2246 x35116 to change registered attendees.

Conference Information

  1. I’ve been a THINK Subscription customer for several years. How will this conference help me?
    We have several courses designed for technical experts who have a desire to increase their understanding of the latest THINK Subscription applications. Many sessions are geared towards delivering tips and ideas to advanced users.
  2. I don’t manage our subscription software, but I’m concerned with the overall results. Will the conference be beneficial to me?
    This year’s Users’ Conference will include business, organizational, and marketing topics in addition to the user-focused sessions. It will be beneficial for anybody concerned about overall subscription management success.
  3. I’m not very technical. Will I still be able to understand everything?
    The THINK Subscription Users’ Conference is designed to benefit both novices and experts. Just choose the course track that is most appropriate for your skills, and you’re sure to leave with additional understanding and knowledge.
  4. Do I have to pre-arrange for a one-on-one consultation?
    If you would like a one-on-one consultation please schedule it in advance through Krystee Miller at (801) 373-2246 x35116. There will also be an Ask The Experts area that is open all day and staffed with knowledgeable troubleshooters that can answer most any question you may have.
  5. Will I receive a copy of the presentations from the THINK Subscription Users’ Conference 2010 Break-Out Sessions?
    THINK Subscription will provide 2010 Users’ Conference attendees copies of the break-out session presentations after the conclusion of the conference.

Hotel/Travel/Venue

  1. What is the closest airport?
    Salt Lake International Airport (SLC) is a 10 minute drive from The Hotel Monaco located in downtown Salt Lake City.
  2. How do I get from the airport to the conference?
    Car rentals are located directly accross from the terminals. Click here for driving directions. There are also many shuttle, taxi and limo options to and from the hotel. The Hotel Monaco would be happy to make those arrangements for you through their concierge service. You may call the hotels main number 1-801-595-0000 and speak with Tage Hill or Deanna Waldron and they will coordinate any transportation you require. You may also simply wait at the taxi stand at your terminal.
  3. What kind of weather should I anticipate?
    Salt Lake City is typically cool in April, so you should plan accordingly. Although the weather can be unpredictable, there is a good chance we’ll see temperatures ranging anywhere from 35-65 degrees Fahrenheit, or 2 to 19 degrees Celsius.
  4. How should I dress?
    During conference sessions, business casual attire is appropriate.
  5. What if I have special dietary needs?
    Please indicate any special requests in the comment section provided at the end of the registration process. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
  6. Are discounted rates available at The Hotel Monaco?
    Yes, discounted rates are available for conference attendees. Online reservations may be made by clicking on this link Click here for hotel registration and following these instructions:

    Among the Monaco’s many amenities is the inclusion of wireless internet in the sleeping rooms at no charge, a guest reception in the lobby each evening and complimentary morning coffee in the lobby.
