Description of Hosting Services
Monthly Database Replication provides new testing accounts for training and testing new offerings. A shared access email server provides the infrastructure for your email marketing promotions, order confirmations, payment confirmations, renewals and invoicing.
Never be caught off guard with system upgrades. THINK Hosted provides you with a three-month notice for all planned upgrades to the server operating system; THINK Enterprise, or SQL database software.
With THINK Hosted patch management is provided for database, application and O/S software. Leaving more time to manage you customers rather than performing system maintenance.
THINK Hosted provides clients with the latest hardware to peak performance. All equipment is upgraded as need to maintain this high level of performance. THINK Hosted also provides redundant power circuits, network connections, firewalls and load balancing of web servers for maximum uptime. Redundant Application Servers and Clustered Database Servers provide our clients failover protection and hot swappable hardware.

Data Security
To insure uninterrupted service THINK Hosted has 24x7 monitoring of your client server. Data privacy is handled by THINK Enterprise security and server access logins. Sensitive credit card information is encrypted and settings set to allow only last 4 to be viewable to customer services representatives and web customers.
Encryption is performed on all sensitive information including credit card numbers and passwords. The Encryption method used is RSA and SHA1 Hash. All Stored data is in compliance with the Data Protection Act. All data sits behind Cisco Firewalls (model ASA-5520) and only authorized users may gain access to the database.
The customer’s database is backed up daily by the THINK Hosted Staff. To provide maximum backup protection the customer’s database is sent to an off site storage facility on a weekly basis. To guarantee the system stays online full UPS (battery) and diesel generator backups are included. This off site storage is located in granite vaults in Big Cottonwood canyon near Sandy Utah.

Hosting Center Security
THINK Subscription has 24 hour a day, 7 days a week access to the data center. Security access to the center is controlled by key-card access with biometric scan.

Administrative Services
Each month the customer receives up to 4 hours of IT services. These services include requests for additional backups, restores and other associated processes. Other requests will be reviewed by THINK staff and priced on an hourly basis.
