THINK Subscription upgrades its support website and makes its new Reports
Repository available to all its customers.
PROVO, UTAH - January 2, 2007 - THINK Subscription, the
leader in subscription management and fulfillment software solutions, today
announced that its Reports Repository has been made available to all of its
customers.
THINK Enterprise, the company's flagship subscription and membership management
product, comes with over 180 customizable reports to help any business or
organization monitor specific activities. THINK Subscription uses the data
extraction, formatting, and reporting functionality of Crystal Reports, a
standard in the database world.
Justin Hadlock, manager of THINK's report writing services,
said this about the new Reports Repository: "We recently updated the support
area of our website. This included opening up and making our new Reports
Repository available as a resource to all of our customers. At last year's
users conference it was suggested that a repository like this would be very
beneficial to everyone. We agreed and went to work to make it happen." Justin
added that the repository will allow all THINK Subscription users to share the
Crystal reports they build. THINK Subscription has also made available many of
the specialized Crystal reports it has developed. These can be downloaded and
used by accessing the support section of THINK's website.
"We encourage and hope that all of our users will make a habit
of using the repository to either upload some of their own reports or to
download reports that may work for their business," said Mike Shepherd, THINK
Subscription's vice president of support and technical services.
