Support Technician
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers using THINK Subscription software applications
- Research and resolve incidents reported by customers
- Log all correspondence with customers
- Communicate resolutions to customers
- Assist customers in planning product upgrades
- Log enhancement requests made by customers
- Attend company-sponsored trainings
- Prepare and present training information to team members
- Other duties may be assigned
- Available to work shifts to cover a 24/7 customer base
- Occasional travel to customer locations
Technical Skills
Required:
- Experience with relational databases (SQL preferred)
- Previous experience with technical/customer support
Preferred:
- Good working knowledge of Crystal Reports
- Experience with HTML
- Experience with XML
Personal Attributes
Must be personable, self-motivated, and able to work on your own as well as part of a team. Must be capable of handling difficult situations as well as resolving problems under pressure. You will be asked to work on multiple projects and will therefore need to manage and prioritize your time. Must be a good communicator, in both written and verbal skills. Proven ability to learn.
Compensation
Salary for this full-time position depends on experience.
