Mr. Frazier graduated from Brigham Young University in 1975 with a degree
in Economics and received his MBA degree from the Harvard Business School in 1978.
Mr. Frazier’s early career was primarily in health care. During the early 1990’s
Scott built Achievement Rehab, a contract rehab company, to $100M revenue and
sold it in 1995. Since 1995 Mr. Frazier has been an active angel investor, with a
portfolio of twenty Utah companies, including Omniture, MyFamily, TruVision,
Corda Technologies, Infopia, Think Subscription and Alianza. In recent years
it has been Mr. Frazier’s practice to take a full-time role in one of his portfolio
companies as CEO or President. He is currently CEO of Think Subscription.
Mr. Frazier and his wife, Miriam, live in Alpine, Utah. They have eight children from
9 to 26 years in age. |

Mr. Russell joined the THINK Subscription development team in February of 1999.
Prior to joining THINK Mr. Russell worked in the development team at
WordPerfect Corporation for seven years (under three different employers,
WordPerfect Corp., Novell Corp., and Corel Corp.). While at WordPerfect Mr.
Russell worked in the Corel Solution Partners group which produced the Software
Developer Toolkit for the WordPerfect products. He worked closely with
WordPerfect strategic accounts and customers on integration projects and
customized business solutions. He also formed and managed an automated
solutions consulting group to help companies streamline business processes and
workflows. Mr. Russell received BA degree in International Relations from
Brigham Young University in 1989, and a MA in Middle Eastern Politics from the
University of Utah in 1993. |

Mr. Stewart is the former President and CEO of Gold Tip, a carbon fiber arrow
company located in Orem, Utah. Gold Tip is a leading manufacturer of carbon
fiber arrows in the United States. Mr. Stewart is the former Director of
Implementation Services at Sandlot. He organized the implementation and
customer service departments for the company as well as managing the
implementation process for all new customers. Prior to coming to Sandlot Mr.
Stewart was the Manager of Implementation at Dynix, a Library Automation
Company located in Provo, Utah. Dynix is the world leader in library automation
software providing software and services to libraries throughout the world. Mr.
Stewart graduated from Brigham Young University in 1987 with a BS degree Design
Engineering Technology. |

Before joining THINK Subscription, Mr. Shepherd was Director of Customer
Services for Provider Solutions, a custom software development company in Utah.
Prior to that Mr. Shepherd was the Operations Manager for Selzee Inc. for 15
years. Selzee Inc. a telecommunication company, which has office through the
US. Currently Mr. Shepherd is responsible for Think Subscription's customer
support and implementation services. Mr. Shepherd received his education from
Ricks College, Idaho and Fresno State University, Fresno Ca. |

Prior to THINK Subscription, Mr. Walgren was employed at WordPerfect, Novell,
and Corel. During this time he provided support and training for end users, and
for premium corporate account users and system administrators. In addition, he
was involved with the on-site technical and sales visits, and consistently
involved with the pre and post release testing efforts of the software. Mr.
Walgren also worked as a backup supervisor, a team captain, a technical
manager, and a member of Novell's Application Support Leadership committee.
Since joining Sandlot in 1999, he has worked in Customer Service and in Quality
Assurance. Mr. Walgren has a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from
Brigham Young University. |
