Mr. Russell joined the THINK Subscription development team in February of 1999. Prior to joining THINK Mr. Russell
was a member of the development team of WordPerfect® for seven years (under three different owners: WordPerfect Corporation,
Novell, and Corel). During these years Mr. Russell worked in the Corel Solution Partners group which produced the Software
Developer Toolkit for WordPerfect products. He worked closely with strategic accounts, customers on integration projects,
and customized business solutions. He also formed and managed an automated solutions consulting group to help companies
streamline business processes and workflows. Mr. Russell earned a BA in International Relations from Brigham Young University
(1989) and an MA in Middle Eastern Politics from the University of Utah (1993). |

Mr. Lechler was appointed Director of Sales at THINK Subscription in 2008. Mr. Lechler brings over 14 years of sales and sales
management experience to THINK. Prior to joining THINK Mr. Lechler was the Founder and CEO of several software-based energy
efficiency companies. He also opened the US market for IMagicTV where he served as the General Manager. Mr. Lechler gained
experience selling ERP solutions during his time as a Sales Manager at JD Edwards Software and enjoyed a successful sales career
at US West Communications (now Qwest Communications). Mr. Lechler graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a
degree in Education.

Before joining THINK Subscription Mr. Shepherd was Director of Customer Services at Provider Solutions, a
custom software development company in Utah. Prior to that Mr. Shepherd was the Operations Manager at Selzee
Inc for 15 years. Selzee, a telecommunications company, has offices throughout the United States. Currently,
Mr. Shepherd is responsible for THINK Subscription's customer support and implementation services. Mr. Shepherd
received his education at Ricks College and Fresno State University. |

Sean Hokanson was appointed Director of Development in October 2008. Mr. Hokanson joined THINK Subscription in
1994 and has filled various roles including Senior Software Engineer, Database Administrator, and Network Administrator.
Before his appointment as Director of Development, he spent a year as a Senior Software Engineer at FamilySearch.org.
Mr. Hokanson manages the Software Development and Quality Assurance teams. Mr. Hokanson has also been an adjunct
faculty member of the Computer Science department at Utah Valley University. Mr. Hokanson earned a BS in Computer
Science from Utah Valley University. |
